Return Eligibility

Return Process
- Once we confirm your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Returns must be sent back in their original condition, including packaging.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued only for damaged or defective items.
- The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Please note that refunds will be made in the form of cash on delivery for the value of the returned items.
Non-returnable Items
- Items that are used or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Products sold at a discounted price are non-refundable, unless defective.
Cash on Delivery Refunds
- Since we only accept cash on delivery (COD), refunds for returns will also be processed via cash on delivery. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the COD refund.
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer exchanges for items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please return it and place a new order for the correct item.
